I don't have the final numbers, but on the last numbers
shortly before the poll closed (Sunday) were:

Yes - 618 (24%)
NO - 1893 (74%)

Although the February 22 deadline for "comment" to John Snobelen has
passed, it wouldn't hurt to keep up the pressure and still let your
views be known.
